We welcome to our cluster the company Validatech, S.L. that since this month of July has been part of the partners of INNOVACC!
Validatech, S.L. is a newly created “Start-up” company that integrates the experience of more than 25 years contributing with customized solutions for the food sector.
They create scientific evidence through objective tests that demonstrate the viability of the processes and the ability to consistently produce quality products in compliance with current regulations.
They validate the thermal cooking cycles (Pasteurization, Sterilization,…), the drying or curing procedures and the refrigeration methods, optimizing their production and demonstrating their effectiveness and efficiency to the relevant authorities.
They unequivocally certify and document the operational functioning of equipment and machines involved in the manufacture of food products intended for human consumption.
